With the criterion “PRESTIGE FOR SUCCESS”, AT Vietnam Automatic Equipment Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “ATV”) has set out some of its principles to meet the needs of cooperation with distribution agents. .

– Willing to share profits with distribution agents, share opportunities, share business benefits and long-term, sustainable companionship with distribution agents.

– Pay attention to and support distribution agents as well as support cooperation to improve the intimacy between the company and distribution agents.

– Maximize the benefits for distribution agents against market fluctuations.

– Protecting customers for distribution agents, ensuring fairness across the entire distribution system.

– Working with distribution agents to expand markets and expand sales channels for agents.

ATV is committed to applying the “one-level distribution principle” – that is, once you sell to a distribution agent, you absolutely do not sell the same product to the customers of the distribution agent.

However, the business area is free, so in general, there will be cases of overlapping customers, easily arising disputes and conflicts. This is not desirable, so in order to avoid possible disputes, ATV encourages distribution agents to provide a list of their agents and proof that they have been supplying them to ATV. do not work with these units (the provision of this list we commit to use only for the sole purpose of applying the one-level distribution principle).

However, this is not mandatory, distribution agents may or may not provide. And if there is a dispute, all three parties will sit down to analyze, compare and discuss in a reasonable manner and mutually beneficial.

1. Price policy:

– As an agent of ATV, ATV will send a product price list with illustrations as well as technical specifications, all unit prices include 10% VAT & will give an attractive discount to each agent.

– Listed price list is free shipping within Ho Chi Minh City area, Thuan An City,  Di An City, Thu Dau Mot City, Ben Cat Town, Tan Uyen Town of Binh Duong province for all orders.

2. Delivery time:

– For customers in the inner city of Ho Chi Minh City area, Thuan An City,  Di An City, Thu Dau Mot City, Ben Cat Town, Tan Uyen Town of Binh Duong province: Goods will be delivered within 24 hours from the time the customer closes the order with the sales department.

– For customers in the province: Goods will be delivered within 48h to 72h since the customer closes the order with the sales department.

3. Payment:

For the first two orders: 100% payment before delivery.

For the 3rd order onwards:

– If payment is made after delivery, the discount rate as shown in the agent price list will apply, and the agent must also deposit at least 30% of the value of the order in advance;

– If payment is made before delivery, the agent is entitled to an additional 5% discount compared to the discount in the agent price list;

Debt for each agent at any time is not over 30 million dong.

For each order due for payment, ATV’s accounting department will compare the due debt and information to the agent via various forms (email, phone…), for comparison and confirmation. take. And the customer is responsible for paying the company.

4. Late payment processing:

– After 5 days of payment due, but the agent still has not fully paid the arising debt, the agent must pay an additional penalty of 2% of the total payment value.

– At the same time, if the payment is overdue for 30 days but the agent still has not paid the debt, ATV will temporarily stop delivering new orders.

– In case, any agent makes two payments of debts not on time, ATV has the right to apply the form of payment 100% before delivery for the next orders.

– Agents will be supported with catalogs, price list of ATV company

– Information about your agent will be advertised on the mass media and on ATV’s website www.anthanhsteel.com (ATV company will announce when it has been agreed by the agent).

– Agents are provided with information about prices, goods, products and policies of ATV, marketing programs, staff in charge of sales promotion support.

– Agents will be introduced by ATV to customers near the area for customers to buy.

2. Technical support, solutions.

– Dealers will receive technical support by phone, email, zalo, or on-site technical support when required.

3. Support for goods.

Exchange:

– Within 3 days after receiving the goods. Dealers will be able to exchange new goods if the product is determined to be defective from the manufacturer. In case ATV’s warehouse is out of stock to dump
